01Operation of selective welfare systems

Hyosarang Family Hospital operates an optional welfare system, allowing all employees to choose welfare items and benefit levels according to their individual needs within the allocated welfare budget. 01Hyosarang Health University

Hyosarang Family Hospital operates 'Hyosarang Health University' as an educational program for patients. This program is designed to help patients feel a sense of pride in being 'university students' through Hyosarang Health University, despite their physical ailments, and to foster higher expectations for their lives. This year, the 12th group of students enrolled in this signature program of Hyosarang. We provide good satisfaction to the patients and continues to work hard in caring for the health of the patients by practicing the belief that learning has no age limit.

02Beauty Salon Services

To support a healthy and hygienic lifestyle for the patients, Hyosarang Family Hospital conducts beauty salon services every Wednesday and Friday as part of its daily life support program for each ward. This service is offered to ensure a comfortable and hygienic living environment for the patients, and the hospital is dedicated to creating a better environment for the patients to live comfortably.

03Birthday Party

Hyosarang Family Hospital conducts birthday celebrations for patients on their birthdays. In situations where visits are restricted, such as COVID-19, we sing happy birthday songs and send congratulatory messages with our families through video calls for healthy safety. We are doing our best to create a special moment with our families, and we have real interest and love for the lives of our patients.

04Parents' Day Event

Hyosarang Family Hospital annually celebrates Parents' Day by offering carnations to express gratitude for the kindness of parents. Additionally, to commemorate Parents' Day, cultural performances are organized to ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant time. We will continue to express our gratitude for the hard work and kindness of our parents, and provide ongoing support for a better life.

05Longevity Photo and Remind Wedding Photography

Hyosarang Family Hospital provides longevity photo and remind wedding photography services for patients over 70 years old who have been hospitalized for more than six months. We prepare outfits, hair, and makeup for the patients, offering them this photography service. Through this, we aim to gift patients with cherished memories and strive to add new meaning to their lives.

06Music Therapy and Art Therapy Programs

In collaboration with the Department of Art Psychotherapy at Jeonju University, we conduct music and art therapy programs every Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

The "Lululala Together" music therapy program involves recognizing and memorizing tunes, recalling lyrics, and physical activities to activate bodily functions. This approach has a positive impact on dementia patients, enhancing their orientation, memory, concentration, computational abilities, language skills, comprehension, and judgment.

"Spring in my heart" art therapy means that warm spring has arrived in the heart by looking into my own mind and expressing it in art, and it provides not only the psychological and emotional stability of the patients, but also the opportunity to communicate with the patients who have reduced their ability to prevent dementia and express themselves through art.

07Bedding Patient Program

Hyosarang Family Hospital operates the "Big Smile" program for bedridden patients, which is conducted 1:1 with 10 students from Jeonju University Community Service Center. This program consists of activities that are good for small muscle development, and helps patients spend their time useful through various activities such as puzzle-solving, calendar making, and coloring. The main purpose of this program is to make friends with patients so that they don't feel lonely while spending free time in their beds.

08Competition(Exercise) Program

By conducting the program in the form of a competition rather than a general program, it will not only increase the sense of achievement but also increase self-esteem for the patients, and you can feel more vivid joy and fun with programs such as seasonal Yut Nori (traditional board game), singing contest, fishing contest, and sports competition. We will provide various support so that patients can enjoy life in a better environment and find confidence and relaxation in their lives.

09Event Program

Hyosarang Family Hospital provides experiential event programs that help patients recall memories from their healthier days. This program offers various events such as spring/autumn outings, Hyosuni Day, Boknal events, and holiday events, and strives to help patients enjoy a pleasant hospital life. Through these programs, we aim to create new memories for the patients and help them find leisure and joy in their lives.
